ImagineSolar Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full payment is due prior to the start of the course. Payment can be made online at or at our training center office located at 4000 Caven Road, Austin, TX 78744. We accept credit card, cash, and check. You can call us for payment assistance at 888.514.1972.

A full refund of all tuition and fees is due in each of the following cases:

  1. An enrollee is not accepted by ImagineSolar.
  2. The course of instruction is discontinued and thus prevents the participant from completing the course.
  3. If ImagineSolar cancels a course, we will notify you and you will have the choice to enroll in another course or receive a full refund of tuition. ImagineSolar will not be responsible for any other losses or costs incurred by you. Please allow four weeks for your refund check to be processed.

Onsite Workshops: If you cancel 30 days prior to the start of the workshop, you are entitled to a refund of 50%. If you withdraw less than 30 day prior to the start of the workshop, you will receive a 25% refund. Please allow four weeks weeks for the processing of any refund.

Online Courses: There is no refund for online courses.
