Cancellation and Refund Policy

ImagineSolar Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Full payment is due prior to the start of the course. Payment can be made online at imaginesolar.com or at our training center office located at 4000 Caven Road, Austin, TX 78744. We accept credit card, cash, and check.

A full refund of all tuition and fees is due in each of the following cases:

  1. An enrollee is not accepted by ImagineSolar.
  2. The course of instruction is discontinued and thus prevents the participant from completing the course.
  3. The participant’s enrollment was procured as a result of any misrepresentation in advertising, promotional materials, or misrepresentations by a representative of ImagineSolar.

Online Courses: You are entitled to a full refund at any point prior to beginning the online instruction.  You may also transfer your tuition to a different course, in lieu of receiving a refund.  However, once you begin the online instruction, your entire tuition is non-refundable.  Please allow two weeks for the processing of any refund.

Onsite Workshops: If you cancel at any point prior to the workshop start date, you are entitled to a refund of the tuition amount less $100.  If you withdraw during the course, you are entitled to a refund of the pro-rated tuition for the remaining course hours less $200.  Please allow two weeks for the processing of any refund.

Onsite Workshops that include Online Portions: If you cancel at any point prior to the workshop start date, you are entitled to a refund of the tuition amount less $100.  If you withdraw during the course, your entire tuition is non-refundable.

If ImagineSolar Cancels a Course: We will notify you if a workshop for which you have registered has been cancelled, typically at least two weeks prior to the start date.  You will have the choice to enroll in another course (based on availability) or receive a full refund of tuition.  ImagineSolar will not be responsible for any other losses or costs incurred by you.

Refunds for Participants Called to Active Military Service: An ImagineSolar participant withdrawing due to deployment into active military duty (for the United States or Texas National Guard) once tuition and fees are collected but in advance of withdrawal will be pro-rated a refund of any tuition, fees, or other charges paid for up to the time student does not complete the course following withdrawal.

Refund computations will be based on the period of enrollment computed on basis of course time (clock hours).  The effective date of termination for refund purposes will be the earliest of either the last date of attendance or the date of receipt of written notice from the student.

All courses are approved and regulated by the TEXAS WORKFORCE COMMISSION, CAREER SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES, Austin, Texas.
